- • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3.1 Public Reflections
- • Reflections must be between 300-1200 characters in length.
- • Content must be respectful, peaceful, and aligned with our community values.
- • No hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
- • No spam, advertising, or promotional content.
- • No personal attacks, trolling, or inflammatory remarks.
- • Content is subject to moderation and may be removed if it violates these guidelines.
3.2 Comments
- • Comments must be supportive, encouraging, and constructive (max 200 characters).
- • Rate limit: 3 comments per hour to maintain thoughtful engagement.
- • Comments should contribute positively to the conversation.
4. Privacy and Anonymity
- • Public reflections are posted anonymously. Your identity is not revealed to other users.
- • Private journal entries are encrypted and accessible only to you.
- • We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties.
- • Friend connections are based on mutual invitations only.
- • You control who can see your articles through the friend system.
5. Intellectual Property
- • You retain ownership of the content you post on UMMARAH.
- • By posting content, you grant UMMARAH a license to display and moderate your content.
- • Do not post copyrighted material without permission.
- • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on UMMARAH:
- • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users.
- • Posting illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities.
- • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security.
- • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
- • Spamming, flooding, or posting repetitive content.
- • Using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
- • Sharing account credentials or attempting to access others' accounts.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
- • All content is subject to moderation before and after publication.
- • Moderators may edit, remove, or reject content that violates these policies.
- • Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
- • We reserve the right to take legal action for serious violations.
- • Appeals for moderation decisions can be made through the admin panel (for admins) or by contacting support.
8. Membership and Payments
- • New users receive a 1-month free trial period.
- • After the trial period, membership requires a monthly subscription fee.
- • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
- • Refund policies are subject to our payment provider's terms.
- • Membership benefits and pricing may change with notice.

- • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.
